The 60 dwellings are distributed equally in two buildings separated by the ramp access to the underground parking lot and the concrete pedestrian entrance marquee, located in the center of the complex. Each building has three staircases and two apartments per floor, and the fourth floor is dedicated exclusively to the duplex apartments enjoying a terrace on the deck.

The living areas are oriented south, with solar shading and a large terrace, while the night zones are located northside. The façade is made with brick veneer. The urbanization, since the Baix Llobregat area is full of cultivation fields, reminisces the ancient partition of the fields with a plan resembling the former agricultural roads.
