This renovation project comprised a maxillofacial clinic with various boxes and waiting rooms. Care was exerted in order to avoid an overly “sterile” and intimidating feel, giving preference to warm materials and comfortable, welcoming spaces. Material decisions were accompanied by the systematic use of indirect and diffuse illumination, helping make the visitors’ experience more calm and pleasant.
