A new construction hotel on Carrer Rosselló with Passeig de Gràcia, attached to the two neighbouring buildings.
The main staircase, located in the center of the floor, splits the building in two. The rooms in the front half are on Rosselló Street while the back rooms are on the back facade of Gaudí’s Casa Milà (La Pedrera).

The double-height entrance is cladded with a marble “Trencadís”, reminiscent of Gaudí’s work, while the rest of the facade is a smooth stone cladding. The windows on the main facade have a biseled frame, skewing the window voids in the direction of Passeig de Gràcia, which sits a few metres from the hotel door.

The roof finish is aligned with the topping of the original neighboring buildings in order to harmonise with the profile of the street set.
