This promotion was placed in a privileged location, on the first line of sea in Cala Corb, in Es Castell, near the port of Maó. The plot has two façade fronts on parallel streets, which are offset by a considerable height. The section of the building bridges this slope providing access from both streets. The construction of the building, with main metal frame structure and single-directional concrete slabs, is sheltered by a modest materiality, respectful with the architectural context of the old town. On the main façade, the openings are vertical, in traditional style. The rounded chamfer of the building in its encounter with the port, however, contains large windows allowing the dwellings to be open to the views and the fresh air of the harbor.
