Vertical extension with four apartments on two identical floors on an existing building, including renovation of the whole tenement, including main hall, stairs, courtyards, façade, facilities and the addition of an elevator.

The aim is for the addition to be an extension of the façade rather than simply replicating it, so that the ground observer perceives consistency in the composition not only of the building, but of the whole street. The new floors serve as a finishing piece for the old building.

The lightness and pre-industrialization of the modules was aimed at reducing inconveniences to existing tenants, while also shortening the construction time.
