The goal of the project was the renovation of a ground floor and basement space to house a new daycare center in the city of Sant Cugat. The program was developed on two floors, comprising dual acces by the two opposite façade fronts in the ground level, located at different heights. The project succeeds in adapting mobility through the interior of the ground floor by the use of ramps, and an interior elevator gives access to the multi-purpose and physiotherapy spaces located in the basement.

We seeked to obtain a warm and comfortable interior space, using natural wooden fixtures, vegetation and warm colors, which all integrate the LaFACT symbolology and chromatic range, highlighting singular points of the project, such as the metal interior staircase.

The coatings and finishes have been chosen with low maintenance and durability in mind.
